    The service here was awesome! Our room was great - it had a safe, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar, and it was pretty spacious. the location is super convenient, close to a huge new mall called Kastamall and a bunch of restaurants 🛍🍽.

    This hotel provided me with a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. the spa centre was well-equipped and the full body massage was amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were fulfilled. the location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

    the leisure/TV room was small and cramped, not providing enough space for all the guests.
